Director of Food Nutrition

FutureBridge is seeking a strategic partner for senior executives in Fortune 500-type organizations. This Director will help address research and insights needs, driving initiatives that lead to client acquisition and retention.

The ideal candidate will build a high-performing team and process that produces impactful, research-driven viewpoints and thought leadership. They will have deep contact and collaboration with global research teams, leading to business growth and sustainability.

  • Take ownership of business growth and sustainability.
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet annual targets.
  • Strategize and drive business development, enhancing client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Lead your team to leverage marketing capabilities, building a distinct brand.
  • Drive sales enablement and targeting, facilitating key meetings with clients and prospects.
  • Lead / hire / build / develop / train / mentor a team of Consultants and Research Specialists.
  • Establish process and review mechanisms for successful program execution.

This role requires strong skills in technology issues, innovation frontiers, and business dynamics in the Food & Nutrition sector. The ideal candidate should have a science or engineering background (M.S/PhD preferred), 15+ years of experience in consulting/custom research & advisory, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Absolutely essential qualifications:

  • Science/Engineering educational background.
  • Strong understanding of technology issues, innovation frontiers, and business dynamics in the Food & Nutrition sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Additional desirable qualifications:

  • International business experience.
