We are seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead our Human Resources team. This role involves overseeing the recruitment process, designing company policies and setting objectives for the HR department. The ideal candidate will be able to shape our employer brand strategy and ensure our company attracts, hires, develops and retains qualified employees.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement company policies that promote a positive work environment
  • Create and manage compensation and benefits plans
  • Support and suggest improvements to the recruitment process
  • Host in-house recruitment events
  • Discuss employee career development paths with managers
  • Monitor key HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
  • Review and manage departmental budgets
  • Organize learning and development programs
  • Ensure timely resolution of employee requests and grievances
  • Maintain compliance with labor regulations

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS)
  • Strong understanding of labor legislation
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to foster positive employee relations
