Senior Manager

As a strategic HR partner, you will play a crucial role in aligning human resources strategies with business objectives. Your key objective will be to create a positive and inclusive work environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Implementing People Practices:

Develop and implement corporate HR policies and site-specific procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards and labor laws.

  • Employee Life-Cycle Management:

Foster employee growth by facilitating onboarding, leading talent development programs, performance management, and succession planning initiatives for staff members.

  • Employee Relations & Engagement:

Serve as an employee advocate, address concerns, resolve conflicts, and implement initiatives to enhance engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.

  • HR Metrics & Data Analysis:

Analyze data to monitor HR and business performance, identifying areas for improvement and supporting informed decision-making.

  • Compliance & Audit Support:

Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies, providing support in all site-specific audits from the Human Resources department.

  • Change Management:

Collaborate with leadership in managing organizational change, developing communication strategies between management and employees, and adapting to evolving workplace demands.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • MBA / MHRM / MSW (HR), with 15 to 20 years of experience in handling entire gamut of Human Resources.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and build relationships.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and address business challenges.
  • Proficiency with HR management systems and data analysis tools.
