Job Overview
We are seeking a driven Sales Head to join our team in the construction industry. This mid-level, full-time position is based in Guntur, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have between 4 to 6 years of experience in sales, demonstrating proficiency in both customer relationship building and channel sales management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in channel sales management, showcasing the ability to effectively lead and manage sales through different channels (Mandatory skill).
- Solid experience in customer relationship building, demonstrating a track record of maintaining long-term, beneficial customer relationships (Mandatory skill).
- Expertise in B2B sales strategy, with a focus on developing strategies that drive business growth in a competitive market (Mandatory skill).
- Competency in strategic negotiation, attentively negotiating sales terms and securing beneficial agreements for the organization.
- Market analysis skills, contributing to the assessment and identification of market trends, competitor offerings, and potential gaps.
- Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting, overseeing the financial planning and predicting sales outcomes.
- Experience in project management, ensuring the successful execution of projects within deadline and budget constraints.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, while handling individual responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive the company's market growth in the construction industry.
- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the organization's footprint in the market.
- Conduct market research to remain informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts and reports to support the company's strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Oversee financial management tasks, including budgeting, to ensure the efficient allocation and use of resources.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and ethical conduct.
