About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Specialist to lead customer success initiatives and drive value realization for our clients. This key role will be responsible for ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes and maximize the return on investment from our No Code Testing platform.
Responsibilities:- Owning the renewal and upsell process for assigned client portfolios, maintaining high renewal rates and minimizing churn.
- Developing and executing strategic account plans focused on growth, adoption, upsell, and successful renewals.
- Proactively identifying at-risk accounts and implementing targeted intervention strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conducting regular business reviews to demonstrate ROI and reinforce the value proposition.
- Maintaining accurate client data and forecasts in CRM and CS platforms.
- Collaborating with Product, Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Support teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- 10+ years of customer success or related experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of achieving growth targets and expanding client relationships.
- Strong understanding of customer success metrics and growth processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
