Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Communications Specialist to join our business growth team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in creating compelling visual materials that resonate with various audiences.
Main Responsibilities:- Support business development by designing and refining professional draft materials for client presentations, tender proposals, and pitch documents.
- Develop marketing collateral, including brochures, infographics, case studies, event assets, and other marketing materials.
- Design and layout company annual reports, executive briefs, and visually cohesive drafts for internal and external communications.
- Assist with the development and visual enhancement of corporate presentations and stakeholder decks.
- Translate complex infrastructure and business concepts into clear, accessible, and engaging graphics and illustrations.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of hands-on graphic design experience, ideally supporting business development, marketing, or communications in infrastructure, engineering, or B2B sectors.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and proficiency with MS Office Suite, Word, Excel, and presentation software, MS PowerPoint, Keynote.
