Job Overview
NexGent Consulting LLC seeks a seasoned Business Growth Specialist to join their team.
- Main responsibility will be identifying business opportunities and driving sales growth through networking and prospecting.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 Years of Experience as Business Development in US Staffing Industry.
- Good Holding with US Direct Clients.
- Ability to On Board Clients Every Month.
- BYOC (Bring Your Own Clients).
The ideal candidate should have experience in the staffing or consulting industry, excellent relationship building and client management skills, strong communication and negotiation skills, knowledge of the industry and market trends.
We are looking for someone who can work independently and as part of a team, has a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, and is able to adapt quickly to new situations.
Please note that this is a full-time on-site role located in Noida.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals.
