Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team below and contribute to the growth of leasing business.
  • Maintain year-over-year revenue growth.
  • Track key milestones, identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Meet with clients and developers to stay informed about upcoming supply.
  • Closely participate in large transactions and support the team for successful closure.
  • Prepare annual and monthly target vacancy lists along with identified client lists.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Sales closures and overall sales targets.
  • Team performance and KRAs met by the team below.

What You Will Do

  4. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth.
  5. Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders on the progress of the leasing business.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience in leasing or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
