We are seeking a professional to promote and increase occupancy of our godown/warehouse rental spaces.

  • Promote godown/warehouse rental services through integrated online and offline marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, property listings, and trade shows.
  • Identify potential clients in the logistics, FMCG, manufacturing, and other relevant industries, generating qualified leads and building relationships with local businesses, brokers, agents, and channel partners.
  • Coverage of operations, client presentations, and coordination with site visits is required. Create and manage listings on various property portals.
  • Run digital marketing campaigns to boost visibility and reach, attend networking events, and maintain a database of prospects updating CRM tools regularly.
  • Monitor competitor activities and share market intelligence reports to drive sales and meet leasing targets.
">Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10–15 years of experience in B2B marketing, commercial leasing, or real estate.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
  • Fluency in English and local language preferred.
