In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients in your assigned area. Your primary goal will be to pitch Zolo's accommodation services and convince companies to establish long-term tie-ups with Zolo for their employee accommodation needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential corporate clients in the assigned area and build a database of companies with potential housing requirements.
  • Pitch Zolo's long-term and short-term accommodation services to corporates, convincing them to partner with us for their employee housing needs.
  • Negotiate terms and finalize agreements with corporate clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Act as a point of contact for corporate clients, addressing their queries and requirements.
  • Understand the local corporate market and identify trends in employee accommodation needs.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management, preferably in a B2B setup.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and the local language.
  • Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Knowledge of the accommodation or real estate industry is a plus.
  • Willingsness to travel locally to meet clients.
