Job Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished professional to assume the role of Talent Acquisition Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading volume hiring efforts in a high-paced location.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with business leaders to comprehend their strategic objectives and talent requirements.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent strategy, encompassing the identification of requisite personnel skills and experience.
  • Offer recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers.
  • Oversight of the end-to-end recruitment process, from board approval to onboarding.
  • Promotion of special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to all facets of the recruitment and selection process, including cost-effective sourcing and screening methods.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • A Master's Degree or equivalent educational attainment.
  • A minimum of 12+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven expertise in managing personnel and HR data systems.
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
