We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an intern in human resource management. As a member of our HR team, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
- Support in scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
- Help with onboarding new interns/employees, including preparing necessary documentation and providing a smooth transition into the organization.
- Conduct and document feedback sessions to improve HR processes and contribute to the development of a positive work environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of HR-related activities and assist with policy compliance.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal) with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders.
