Job Overview

This internship provides a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various human resources functions.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to provide actionable insights.

You will also support the creation of reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics, develop and document standard operating procedures for HR processes, and collaborate with HR teams to standardize workflows.

Furthermore, you will conduct benchmarking studies and analyze compensation data, provide support in evaluating employee benefits and drafting recommendations, and contribute to the design and execution of learning and development programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Analytics:
    • Assist in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to provide actionable insights.
    • Support the creation of reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics.
  • Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Creation:
    • Develop and document SOPs for HR processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.
    • Collaborate with HR teams to standardize workflows.
  • Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Analysis:
    • Conduct benchmarking studies and analyze compensation data.
    • Provide support in evaluating employee benefits and drafting recommendations.
  • Learning & Development (L&D):
    • Contribute to the design and execution of L&D programs.
    • Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and gathering feedback.
Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Passion for learning and contributing to a dynamic human resources environment.
