Job Title

A dedicated and experienced Human Resources professional is required to manage end-to-end HR operations, drive onboarding and training processes, and ensure seamless office administration.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, statutory compliance, and administration. Proficiency in MS Office and exposure to HR software/automation tools is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage human capital operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, workforce planning, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and implement onboarding, induction, training, and performance management programs.
  • Provide support for day-to-day administrative activities to ensure efficient office operations.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • At least 8 years of experience in HR, preferably in small to medium-sized business conglomerates or service industries.
  • Fluency in the local language (spoken and written) is mandatory.
