Job Title: Human Resources Operations Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an HR Operations Expert.

The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on operations, payroll, and compliance. They will be responsible for managing HR systems from hire to retire data management, identifying opportunities to improve processes, overseeing accurate and timely payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work at all levels within the organization. They will also have experience working in a global matrix organization and have exposure to ADP Celergo/Streamline and money movement concepts.

As an HR Operations Expert, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the HR systems from hire to retire data management.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and bring efficiency and effectiveness into the process.
  • Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing, including salaries, wages, deductions, and benefits for APAC countries.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate with inter-departments to address and resolve discrepancies.
  • Vendor Management: Optimize cost and minimize risk by ensuring services are delivered as per the agreed Service Level Agreement and timeline.
  • People Management: Ensure optimal utilization of available resources to support business-as-usual and global HR projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in human resources or MBA.
  • 15-20 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on operations, payroll, and compliance.
  • Handled a team of 5-10 people for 5+ years in previous roles.
  • Proficiency in HRM systems such as Workday/Oracle.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization, locally and globally.
  • Experience in a global (matrix) organization preferred.
