Senior Human Resource Professional

As a pivotal member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire human resources function. This encompasses recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and training coordination.
The successful candidate will possess strong experience in HR processes, preferably within the education, training, or aviation industry. We encourage applicants with a background in HR, business administration, or related fields to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with organizational goals.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
- Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle grievance redressal, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Organize training & development programs to enhance staff skills.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Support management in performance appraisals and workforce planning.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's/master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven HR experience (3-5 years).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to aviation/education/training industry (preferred but not mandatory).
