Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager
">We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and selecting top talent to onboarding and integrating new hires. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align HR initiatives with business objectives to drive long-term performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and select highly skilled professionals in the real estate sector.
- Maintain positive employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues in a fair and confidential manner.
- Collaborate with senior management to design and implement effective organizational structures, talent management programs and succession plans.
- Responsible for the full cycle of recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees until their exit from the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages open communication, collaboration, and innovation.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding process for all levels of new hires.
- Participate actively in HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills / Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of improving talent acquisition strategies and increasing diversity.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
