We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to lead our people function and build a thriving work environment that aligns with our growth and values. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on recruitment, compliance, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.
">The successful candidate will oversee all human resource operations, ensuring timely and effective delivery of HR services. This includes managing the full-cycle recruitment process, building a robust candidate pipeline, partnering with internal stakeholders, and maintaining recruitment trackers and communication with candidates.
">Responsibilities will also include drafting, updating, and maintaining employee contracts in compliance with UK employment laws, as well as revising the employee handbook and company policies. Additional duties may include timesheet management, invoicing and payments coordination, employee engagement initiatives, study policy administration, onboarding and exit management.
">The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, be able to multitask, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Relevant experience in HR operations, preferably within a startup or consultancy, is essential.
