Job Overview

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with strong interpersonal abilities and in-depth knowledge of human resources policies to fill this critical role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Awareness of applicable labour laws, including recent amendments, is essential as you will be responsible for filing returns under various Labour Laws.
  2. You will investigate employee complaints, examine violations of company processes, and initiate appropriate action against erring employees.
  3. Familiarity with inquiry procedures is crucial; you will prepare inquiry reports, show cause notices, warning letters, and other key documents.
  4. Conducting Labour Law audits, responding to notices, applying for licenses, visiting branches, and ensuring Labour Law compliance are key responsibilities.
  5. You will ensure timely and accurate payroll inputs.
  6. Maintaining harmonious relations with P. F offices and government authorities through regular visits and communication is vital.

Qualifications:

  • An MBA or PGDM in Human Resources (HR) or Masters in Industrial Labor Studies (MILS) is preferred.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent Communication skills.
