Position Summary

The Director of Pre-Sales will lead our pre-sales function, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to provide strategic insights and drive customer engagement. This individual will build and manage a high-performing pre-sales team, ensuring seamless delivery of technical expertise and optimizing the pre-sales process for maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-Sales Strategy and Leadership
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive pre-sales strategy aligned with revenue goals.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and market opportunities.
    • Identify new markets and customer segments for potential business opportunities.
  • Customer Engagement and Solution Development
    • Lead pre-sales team in understanding client requirements, creating customized solutions, and delivering compelling presentations and demos.
    • Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor on HealthyLife's offerings.
    • Support the Sales team in positioning HealthyLife's solutions, demonstrating technical viability, and addressing customer concerns.
  • Team Management and Development
    • Hire, train, and mentor a skilled pre-sales team capable of meeting technical demands.
    • Foster a collaborative environment focused on continuous learning and improvement.
    • Set performance metrics and conduct regular evaluations to track team effectiveness.
  • Process Optimization and Reporting
    • Standardize pre-sales processes and implement tools to streamline activities and improve customer satisfaction.
    • Analyze and report pre-sales performance metrics, providing insights for sales forecasts and pipeline development.
    • Gather competitive intelligence and product feedback to influence future product roadmap decisions.
  • Product and Industry Expertise
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements.
    • Conduct training sessions on HealthyLife's offerings to prepare the pre-sales team for client interactions.
    • Provide insights and strategic recommendations based on customer feedback.
