Enterprise Sales Director

Join Career Soft Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as an Enterprise Sales Director to spearhead our sales initiatives in west and south India.
The ideal candidate will have 13-18 years of experience in managing enterprise applications, with a strong track record of achieving growth and meeting/exceeding sales budgets.
You will be responsible for:
- Expanding DXC's client base through strategic partnerships and new logo acquisition
- Achieving accurate forecasting and presenting sales intelligence reports
- Designing and executing GTM plans to drive business growth
- Built and promoting client relationships through partnership and understanding customer needs
In this role, you will collaborate with extended teams from solutioning, delivery, finance, pricing, and supply chain to achieve desired outcomes.
Mandatory skills include experience in handling enterprise applications like SAP, ServiceNow, Dynatrace, Oracle, Microsoft etc., working with IT service companies, and handling domestic markets.
The estimated salary for this position is ₹25,00,000 - ₹40,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
