Our client is seeking a visionary leader, strategic thinker, and demonstrated team-builder. As an Enterprise Sales Director (SaaS), you will be responsible for overseeing the enterprise sales strategy, managing key client relationships, and leading multiple sales teams. You should excel in working with large-scale enterprise clients, have outstanding communication, strategic planning, and leadership skills, and a proven track record in SaaS sales.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple sales teams to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and market share in the SaaS industry
  • Oversee the development and execution of sales initiatives, campaigns, and programs
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and drive revenue growth
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, provide coaching and mentorship to sales teams
  • Manage and optimize sales budgets and resources
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform sales strategies


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 4 years in a sales management role
  • Proven expertise in enterprise sales, particularly in the SaaS industry
  • Extensive experience with CRM software and sales automation tools
  • Strong ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and lead strategic initiatives
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
