Our client is seeking a visionary leader, strategic thinker, and demonstrated team-builder. As an Enterprise Sales Director (Saa S), you will be responsible for overseeing the enterprise sales strategy, managing key client relationships, and leading multiple sales teams. You should excel in working with large-scale enterprise clients, have outstanding communication, strategic planning, and leadership skills, and a proven track record in Saa S sales. Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple sales teams to achieve and exceed sales targets Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and market share in the Saa S industry Oversee the development and execution of sales initiatives, campaigns, and programs Establish and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients and stakeholders Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and drive revenue growth Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions Conduct regular sales meetings, provide coaching and mentorship to sales teams Manage and optimize sales budgets and resources Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform sales strategies Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred 8+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 4 years in a sales management role Proven expertise in enterprise sales, particularly in the Saa S industry Extensive experience with CRM software and sales automation tools Strong ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and lead strategic initiatives Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
