Global Enterprise Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Enterprise Sales efforts across India and Southeast Asia.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and building relationships with top industry leaders.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2C/enterprise sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary of 15 Lacs (approximately $20,000 USD per annum), and opportunities for career advancement in a globally expanding business.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives, HR leaders, and decision-makers to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance as needed.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2C/enterprise sales in the space of conferences and event ticket sales.
- Proven track record in enterprise sales and account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
