
Sales Enablement Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Enablement Professional to drive the development and execution of our sales enablement strategy. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering high-impact sales enablement programs that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales enablement strategies that support global sales teams
- Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to create go-to-market plans that align with key business objectives and target markets
- Implement and manage sales enablement tools and systems, ensuring seamless integration and adoption across the organization
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales enablement role within a B2B environment
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and sales strategies, with experience in the BPO or tech industry preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively
- Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
