Experience Required 5 years from BPO industry B2B is mandatoryRole and Responsibilities Sales Enablement Strategy Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with our B2B marketing objectives and supports our global sales teams GTM Alignment Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to create and drive go-to- market GTM plans that align with key business objectives and target markets Sales Tools Systems Implement and manage sales enablement tools and systems ensuring seamless integration and adoption across the organization Performance Analysis Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes Collaboration with Research Team Partner with our research team to gain insights into key industries and personas translating those insights into actionable sales content and messaging Sales Marketing Alignment Foster strong collaboration between sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging goals and objectives Data Mining Sourcing company and contact information to fuel sales teams with for individual sales pursuits Qualifications Experience Minimum of 5 years in a sales enablement role within a B2B environment Industry Knowledge Strong understanding of B2B marketing and sales strategies with experience in the BPO or tech industry preferred Communication Skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively Organizational Skills Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Proactivity A self-starter with a strong sense of initiative capable of working independently and as part of a team
