Enablement Manager - GTM Strategy

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly proactive enablement leader to join our organization as an Enablement Manager. This role requires a commercially-minded individual who can drive the strategy, execution, and governance of all GTM enablement initiatives.

In this position, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end enablement ecosystem, including pre-read and post-read client meeting prep, pursuit-ready decks, case study selection, techno-legal proposals, PoCs, demos, FAQs, and competitive battle cards.

You will also architect and manage our central Knowledge Hub so that any GTM asset can be found in under 30 seconds. The Knowledge Hub will contain decks, proposals, case studies, playbooks, SOPs, demo videos, and collateral.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Sales Enablement, Knowledge Management, or GTM Operations within B2B tech/services. They will possess proficiency with KM tools and CRM/MAP platforms, as well as strong knowledge of ICP mapping, buyer personas, and competitive positioning.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop ICP-solution fitment frameworks to guide Sales, Presales, and Solutioning strategy.
  • Align pursuit strategies with value propositions, domain expertise, and success stories.
  • Maintain persona-function-industry mapping to drive content personalization and case study selection.
  • Deliver fast-turnaround research packs covering account, persona, competitor, and domain insights.
  • Build pursuit briefs that link client pain points to solution narratives.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape, win/loss analysis, and market triggers to inform timely GTM actions.
  • Own the centralized Knowledge Hub containing decks, proposals, case studies, playbooks, SOPs, demo videos, and collateral.
  • Enforce the '30-second acid test' for finding any asset.

Requirements:

  • 8-15 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Knowledge Management, or GTM Operations within B2B tech/services.
  • Proven success designing and scaling enablement programs and knowledge systems.
  • Proficiency with KM tools (Highspot, SharePoint, Confluence, Notion) and CRM/MAP platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong knowledge of ICP mapping, buyer personas, and competitive positioning.
  • Skilled in content development, training delivery, and asset governance.
