Your Mission: The Role

Learning as a lever. You're the one who pulls it.

You're not just filling seats in trainings. You're shaping the next generation of solvers, consultants, and client champions.

You'll lead the charge to embed a culture of self-driven, AI-enabled, business-aligned learning that drives
real
transformation.

This is not a program manager gig. It's a business strategist role with learning as your toolkit.

You'll be the DRI (Directly Responsible Individual) for enabling functional, technical, and behavioral capability development across Searce. You'll work side-by-side with leadership, teams, and tech—to reimagine, personalize, and embed learning into the fabric of work.

Collaborate with Business Leads to identify skill gaps, define learning outcomes, and drive measurable impact across the org.

Infuse AI-Driven Learning

You'll leverage smart tech (LMS, analytics, AI-powered learning tools) to personalize, measure, and scale learning in meaningful ways—not just flashy ones.

Drive Certifications with Business Impact

Own the end-to-end pipeline of critical technical certifications—ensuring Searcians aren't just certified, but competitively differentiated.

Lead a Team of Learning Champions

Coach, empower, and grow a high-performing L&D team that thinks big, iterates fast, and delivers with empathy.

Maximize Learning ROI

Manage budgets like a founder. Build vendor partnerships. Negotiate for value. Deliver impact.

What You Bring

(Beyond the Degrees & Years)

  • 8–12 years in Learning Enablement, Organizational Development, or similar roles
  • Strategic thinker with a builder's mindset and high empathy
  • Strong experience with LMS, digital learning platforms, and certification programs
  • Masters in HR, Psychology, or similar (MBA preferred—but mindset > resume)
  • Proven record of influencing business outcomes through learning programs
  • Stellar stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Bonus if you've worked in tech-forward or high-growth environments
