Job Description-

Learning & Development

  • Identify learning needs and develop functional capability roadmaps.
  • Design structured L&D journeys for IT/Digital, Analytics and enabling functions
  • Deploy digital and blended learning interventions leveraging LxP, LMS, PowerBI and internal/external partnerships.

Strategic Talent Management & Succession Planning

  • Lead the design and execution of integrated talent strategies aligned with business growth priorities.
  • Manage talent reviews, assessments, and development journeys.
  • Drive robust succession planning for critical roles and leadership pipelines.
  • Build future skill readiness across levels through targeted interventions.
  • Design and Deploy Team Touch Point, Individual Development Plan, 360 f/b, driving assessment / development centre

Feedback & Performance Culture Enablement

  • Institutionalize 360-degree feedback mechanisms, continuous feedback management, and real-time development tools.
  • Use insights from employee feedback to drive performance enablement and managerial effectiveness.
  • Partner with Business HR to embed feedback culture into people and leadership practices.
