Job Summary:
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Learning and Development team as an L&D Intern. This internship provides hands-on exposure to employee development processes, training program coordination, and learning initiatives in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and coordination of training programs, workshops, and development initiatives.
- Assist in preparing training materials, presentations, and learning content.
- Help maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) by updating training records and tracking course completions.
- Collect and organize feedback from training sessions to assist in performance evaluation.
- Coordinate logistics such as scheduling sessions, booking venues, and sending communication to participants.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing induction materials and assisting new hires.
- Perform administrative tasks related to L&D projects and documentation.
- Research current learning trends, tools, and practices to contribute new ideas to the team.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn about corporate learning and development practices.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of adult learning principles is a plus.
