Role Overview:

As an Intern E-Learning Content Associate, you will work closely with instructional designers to transform learning content into engaging e-learning modules using e-learning software. You will also be involved in content writing tasks to support various projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for learning and a keen interest in content creation within the e-learning industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with writing and editing content for e-learning modules, blogs, and other learning materials.

  • Work with the instructional design team to understand content requirements and write course content

  • Implement instructional design content into e-learning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, etc.

  • Build visually engaging and interactive e-learning courses, quizzes, and assessments.

  • Review and test e-learning modules to ensure functionality, consistency, and accuracy.

  • Manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently to meet deadlines.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Education, Media, Communications, Design, etc.).

  • 0-1 year of experience in content development, writing, or e-learning (internships included).

  • Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp new software tools and technologies.

  • Good understanding of technology and the digital content creation process.

  • Proficiency in digital content tools such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint

  • Strong visual skills and an eye for design.

  • Creative thinking, good writing skills, and a problem-solving mindset.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Additional Skills:

  • Knowledge of e-learning tools like Articulate Storyline 360, Rise360, Adobe Captivate or similar
