BE, BA, BSc or any other professional graduate

Role Overview:

As a Jr. E-Learning Content Associate you will work closely with instructional designers to transform learning content into engaging e-learning modules using e-learning software. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop engaging and effective content, ensuring that our educational products meet the highest standards of excellence. You will also be involved in content writing tasks to support various projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with SMEs and using their inputs in development of learning content.
  • Networking with SMEs for projects collating and analyze training effectiveness feedback to identify improvement areas in existing content, training material and delivery methodology
  • Conduct research to gather information and insights for content development.
  • Implement instructional design content into e-learning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, etc.
  • Assist with writing and editing content for e-learning modules, blogs, and other learning materials. Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Review and test e-learning modules to ensure functionality, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and engagement.
  • Maintain an editorial calendar and ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Education, Media, Communications, Design, etc.).
  • 2-4 Years of experience in content development, writing, or e-learning.
  • Strong skills in collaboration, problem-solving, content/curriculum development.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, MS PowerPoint), eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline & Rise 360)
  • Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical/logical skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Additional Skills:

  • Knowledge of video editing tools, photo editing tools such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro etc
