We are a Gurgaon Based leading Recruitment Partner for various reputed MNCs and Indian Corporates engaged in various Sectors on a PAN India basis for over a decade. Presently we are looking for the Lead– Learning and Organizational
Development for a very large BPO Client as per the below given details. Please apply in confidence.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the L&OD / HR teams in preparing Org, BU, and team level interventions, deliver on plan, and follow through to ensure effectiveness of programs.
- Build Industry connect, implement best-practices, engage with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of learning programs and help to enhance Learner experience and learning effectiveness.
- Engage, evaluate and liaise with vendors, manage vendor contracts, within the scope of the budget.
- Responsible for MIS, Reports, audit and compliance of the training process.
- Other projects & responsibilities as identified and created basis organizational needs.
Qualifications
- Total 3-5 years' work experience, with 2+ years in Learning & Development roles.
- Experience with facilitation on virtual platforms for large audiences.
- Manage end to end L&D projects.
- Reporting and MIS is a must.
Required Skills
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills.
- Excellent Communication and Facilitation skills.
- Learning agility, willing to learn with peers and on the job.
- Strong team player, with excellent interpersonal and team management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Graduation/Master's degree/Diploma in HR.
- Experience in Facilitation / Content Development.
- E-learning Module development, story-boarding.
- MS Excel, PPT, Canva, Articulate platform experience.
- Instructional Design & TTT Experience / Certification.
Pay range and compensation package
Max 7.70 LPA budget
