Position Overview
We are seeking a
dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth by promoting our BIM services, training programs, and consultancy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, and digital platforms.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Proposal & Presentation:
- Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and business presentations for clients to showcase Artecon's BIM capabilities and service offerings.
- Market Analysis:
- Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and client needs to identify areas for business growth and service improvement.
- Revenue Growth:
- Work closely with management to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into confirmed business deals.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Coordinate with the technical and training departments to ensure client requirements are met effectively and efficiently.
- Follow-up & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and follow-ups through CRM tools or internal tracking systems.
- Event Participation:
- Represent Artecon Consultant at industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to promote services and expand the professional network.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering
, or a related field. - Proven experience (1–3 years) in
business development, sales, or client relations
within the
AEC or construction technology
domain (preferred). - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand BIM concepts and explain technical solutions to clients effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
