Business Development Associate (BDA) Intern

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and effectively communicate the company's services.
  • Manage timely follow-ups to maintain engagement and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
  • Generate new leads through calling, outreach initiatives, and basic industry/company research.
  • Qualify leads by analyzing their interest level, requirements, and decision-making authority.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in tracking sheets/CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with the senior team by sharing qualified leads and ensuring smooth internal communication.
  • Schedule meetings with new or interested clients and facilitate seamless coordination between the client and the team.
  • Prepare concise daily reports summarizing calls made, follow-ups completed and leads generated.

Technical Skills Required

  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Google Sheets, Excel, or any lead management system).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work with data tracking sheets, lead status logs, and follow-up management sheets.
  • Familiarity with internet research, company profiling, and using platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Basic understanding of email communication tools (Gmail, Outlook).
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software or sales tools quickly.
