Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate, located in Pune. The
Business Development Associate
will be responsible for identifying and qualifying business development opportunities, conducting outbound prospecting, engaging with potential clients, and booking meetings for the sales team. They will also analyze market trends, assess customer needs, and collaborate with marketing on campaigns to improve outreach performance.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in outbound prospecting and lead generation is a plus
- Understanding of B2B marketing and sales processes
is a plus - Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales engagement tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the tech industry is a plus
