*Job Description*
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our growth by focusing on education counseling, lead conversion, and establishing partnerships with colleges for CSR activities. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to relationship building, and a passion for helping students succeed in their careers.
*Responsibilities*
- *Education Counseling:*
- Provide guidance to prospective students and parents on course offerings, career opportunities, and admission processes.
- Conduct informational sessions and webinars to promote Cyber Success programs.
- *Lead Conversion:*
- Manage and nurture leads generated from various channels, including online inquiries, events, and college visits.
- Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into enrollments, achieving sales targets.
- *College Partnerships:*
- Establish and maintain relationships with colleges and universities for CSR activities, scholarship programs, and joint initiatives.
- Organize and conduct visits to colleges, engaging with faculty, career counselors, and student bodies.
- *CSR Initiatives:*
- Develop and execute CSR programs in collaboration with partner colleges, focusing on skill development and educational outreach.
- Identify opportunities for community engagement and contribute to the company's CSR strategy.
- *Market Research and Analysis:*
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform business development strategies.
- Analyze market data to identify potential growth areas and new business opportunities.
- *Event Coordination:*
- Represent Cyber Success at career fairs, seminars, workshops, and other events to promote our programs.
- Plan and execute promotional events and activities to engage with prospective students and partners.
- *Reporting and Documentation:*
- Maintain accurate records of leads, student interactions, college partnerships, and CSR activities.
- Prepare regular reports to track progress and evaluate the effectiveness of business development efforts.
- *Relationship Management:*
- Build and nurture strong relationships with colleges, students, and other stakeholders to enhance the institute's reputation and credibility in the market.
- Gather feedback from students, faculty, and partners to continuously improve our programs and services.
*Qualifications*
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or educational counseling.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Experience in the education sector is a plus.
