Role purpose:

People manager with deep expertise in process design, value stream mapping and intrinsic system knowledge on LMS.

The role exists to offer system and process expertise to the internal learning operations team that enable learning service delivery to the markets. The role trains, educates, evaluates & implement continuous knowledge management within the team

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

[max 5]:

  • Implementation of learning processes within SF-LMS / other LMS
  • Enabling the deployment of global processes through upskilling of the service delivery team
  • Responsible for ensuring SOPs are created, implemented & updated for all new processes
  • Ensure that all learning operations KPIs are delivered as per plan for all customers
  • Act as SPOC & SME between delivery & product teams translating business needs / requirement into product terms & partner with product team to deliver optimum solution
  • Ensure consistency of service during transitions by overseeing existing process migration
  • Design develop & implement learning roadmap for new team members
  • Establish a knowledge management model that evaluates the current & go to state of knowledge within the team and subsequent knowledge management
  • Ensure all incidents are managed with RCA and logged in the incident management tool and also ensure resolution

Core competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5]:

Essential:

  • Extensive knowledge of SAP LMS functionalities (e.g. reporting, cohorts, AP etc) to enable delivery of learning operations
  • Strong expertise / understanding of developing, designing knowledge management methods
  • Thorough understanding of process mapping as a concept with strong ability to establish processes, deliver value stream mapping, reduce waste and enable a lean process set up
  • User Experience journey competence, ability to visualise process journeys
  • Ability to coach and enable performance from team members
