Learning Manager Job Description

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Learning Manager.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is passionate about learning and development to take on a key role in shaping the organization's training programs.

The successful candidate will have the ability to identify individual, team, regional, and organizational learning needs across Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with business leaders to align training initiatives with business goals
  2. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs, learning journeys, and blended learning solutions that meet the learning needs of employees
  3. Manage relationships with external training partners and ensure cost optimization while maintaining high-quality training standards
  4. Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of training programs, gather feedback, analyze results, and provide insights to continuously improve learning programs and initiatives
  5. Develop and publish reporting on training activities and ROI, draft and manage pre- and post-learning communication with participants, and develop and publish learning program updates and social media content for leaders
  6. Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions on various topics, including soft skills and leadership skills

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience required
