Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Development: Design and develop advanced training programs and curricula that meet the needs of our stakeholders.
  • Implementation: Lead the implementation of training programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and educational standards.
  • Evaluation: Evaluate and refine training programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
Leadership and Mentorship:
  • Mentorship: Mentor and support junior training specialists, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
  • Training Delivery: Lead training sessions and workshops, demonstrating best practices in educational delivery.
  • Culture: Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
Strategic Planning and Innovation:
  • Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance the effectiveness and reach of our training programs.
  • Innovation: Identify and implement innovative training methodologies and technologies.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate training initiatives with broader organizational strategies.
Assessment and Evaluation:
  • Assessment: Design and implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze assessment data to identify areas for improvement and inform program development.
  • Reporting: Provide detailed reports and recommendations to senior management.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, industry partners, and community organizations.
  • Representation: Represent us at conferences, workshops, and other professional events.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to promote our training programs.
Requirements:
  • Education: Master's degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field. A Ph.D. is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in educational training and development, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
Skills:
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Curriculum Development: Proficiency in curriculum development and instructional design.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and use it to inform decision-making.
  • Tech Skills: Familiarity with educational technologies and e-learning platforms.

This position may require occasional travel to training sites and conferences. Flexible working hours are required to accommodate training schedules and stakeholder meetings.
