Key Responsibilities:- Program Development: Design and develop advanced training programs and curricula that meet the needs of our stakeholders.
- Implementation: Lead the implementation of training programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and educational standards.
- Evaluation: Evaluate and refine training programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Mentorship: Mentor and support junior training specialists, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
- Training Delivery: Lead training sessions and workshops, demonstrating best practices in educational delivery.
- Culture: Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
- Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance the effectiveness and reach of our training programs.
- Innovation: Identify and implement innovative training methodologies and technologies.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate training initiatives with broader organizational strategies.
- Assessment: Design and implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Data Analysis: Analyze assessment data to identify areas for improvement and inform program development.
- Reporting: Provide detailed reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, industry partners, and community organizations.
- Representation: Represent us at conferences, workshops, and other professional events.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to promote our training programs.
- Education: Master's degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field. A Ph.D. is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in educational training and development, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Curriculum Development: Proficiency in curriculum development and instructional design.
- Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and use it to inform decision-making.
- Tech Skills: Familiarity with educational technologies and e-learning platforms.
This position may require occasional travel to training sites and conferences. Flexible working hours are required to accommodate training schedules and stakeholder meetings.
