About the Role

We're seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our learning enablement efforts. As Director of Learning Excellence, you'll craft and implement cutting-edge learning journeys that drive growth, challenge employees, and equip them with vital skills for future success.

Main Responsibilities

  • Strategic Learning Journeys: Design end-to-end learning experiences that are impactful, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and align learning programs to measurable outcomes.
  • Leveraging Technology: Deploy LMS, learning analytics, and AI-powered platforms to personalize and scale learning.
  • Certifications & Skill Differentiation: Oversee the pipeline for critical technical certifications.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and empower a team of Learning Champions to deliver high-quality initiatives.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • MBA preferred, but mindset and impact > 8-12 years of experience in Learning Enablement, L&D, or Organizational Development.
  • Proven track record of driving business outcomes through effective learning strategies.
  • Experience with LMS platforms, digital learning solutions, and certification programs.
