Program Director Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Director to lead the development, implementation, and management of high-impact experiential learning opportunities for undergraduate students.

This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity in program design, and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive program plans that deliver measurable learning outcomes, industry exposure, and skill development.
  • Collaborate with mentors, facilitators, and industry experts to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Manage end-to-end logistics, including requirements gathering, mentor coordination, budgeting, and on-ground execution.
  • Ensure timely documentation, reporting, and communication of all initiatives.
  • Provide quick resolutions to student operational queries and IT/logistical needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of relevant professional experience in education operations, student engagement, or experiential learning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, reporting, and student communication systems.
