Job Title: Talent Operations Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Talent Operations Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of global learning programs and play a crucial role in driving people strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day activities of talent learning operations and training logistics.
  • Coordinate mandatory trainings on Workday, working closely with curriculum teams to upload content.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for virtual and in-person learning programs.
  • Engage stakeholders, track attendance, manage communications, and measure the impact of programs.
  • Start as an Individual Contributor, with opportunities to grow into team management based on performance.

Requirements:

  • 4–7 years of experience in HR Ops / Learning Operations / Admin Support
  • Hands-on experience with Workday LMS (reporting, session creation, attendance tracking)
  • Strong knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint for data analysis & reporting
  • Exposure to team management (1–2 years preferred)
  • Ability to manage logistics, operations planning, and process improvements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project management or L&D certification (CIPD preferred)
  • Operational excellence and stakeholder management skills

Work Environment:

Location: Pune. Shift Timing: UK shift hours.
