Job Description

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are eager to contribute to the operational and financial efficiency of HCP Technologies Private Limited.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations, including inventory and supplies management. They will maintain office equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements when necessary.

The Admin and Accounts Executive will also be responsible for maintaining and organizing company records, contracts, and documentation. They will handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.

In addition, they will schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events. They will liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office-related requirements.

The Admin and Accounts Executive will also ensure adherence to company policies and administrative regulations. They will assist in filing regulatory documents and licenses as required.

Financial Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts. They will record day-to-day financial transactions and reconcile accounts.

They will process invoices, verify their accuracy, and ensure timely payments. They will generate and send invoices to clients and follow up on payments.

The Admin and Accounts Executive will also handle bank transactions and ensure monthly bank reconciliations are completed. They will monitor cash flow and maintain petty cash records.

In addition, they will process monthly payroll and maintain employee payment records. They will ensure timely deductions and payments of taxes, EPF, ESI, etc.

The Admin and Accounts Executive will also assist in preparing financial statements and reports for management. They will support audits by providing necessary documentation and records.

Qualifications and Skills Required

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. They should have proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books).

They should also have strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). The candidate should possess excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. The candidate should have high attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

The estimated salary for this role is ₹600,000 - ₹800,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
