Technical Support Professional

This Technical Support Specialist-PST, Fusion role is an exciting opportunity to join Autodesk's team. As a technical expert, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers and partners using Autodesk's Fusion 360 software.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels (chat, phone, web, online forums, and other channels) while following documented processes.
- Document all interactions in a company-wide case management system.
- Evaluate and escalate unresolved issues to senior staff members.
- Research, verify, and document product defects.
- Manage your personal backlog of support requests.
- Keep customers and partners informed about progress and expectations.
- Contribute to the development of internal knowledge base quality through Knowledge Centered Support (KCS) methodology.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in product support in a related industry.
- Expertise in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM).
- Familiarity with Autodesk products, such as Autodesk Fusion 360, FeatureCAM, PowerShape, PowerMill, PartMaker, Inventor, Eagle, or similar software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
