About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities with Franchisees, Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), and Remisers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Aquire new business partners across products.
- Build strong relationships with these partners and help them onboard their clients.
- Train partners on all our products across Direct Equity and Investment products.
- Ensure exceptional services to our partners.
- Collaborate with distributors on joint calls.
Candidate Profile:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Equity Broking Industry.
- Experience in B2B Partner Alliances is a plus.
- Selling equity broking and investment products along with Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF experience is desired.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to learn and update regularly on Capital Markets.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
