Job Title: Business Development Representative
About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to connect with high-intent leads and help them find their spiritual journeys.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships over the phone, explaining travel and darshan packages clearly and confidently, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call leads and convert interest into bookings
- Explain travel and darshan packages clearly and confidently
- Understand pilgrim needs and suggest personalized options
- CLOSE DEALS, COLLECT PAYMENTS, AND ENSURE A SMOOTH EXPERIENCE
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of telesales or inside sales experience (Freshers can apply)
- Strong performance track record in B2 C sales (edtech, fintech, travel, D2 C)
- Fluent in Hindi & English (Knowledge of other languages is a plus )
