We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through outbound calls, engaging leads, and scheduling qualified meetings with our development manager.

  • Outbound Calls: Make targeted outbound calls to franchise leads shared by our marketing team to discuss our offerings and investment options.
  • Lead Engagement: Share key information about our franchise opportunities and understand the prospect's intent, investment capability, and background before scheduling virtual meetings.
  • Scheduling: Schedule qualified leads for virtual meetings with our development manager and follow up with interested prospects to maintain proper records in our CRM system.
  • Lead Quality: Coordinate with our marketing team to ensure lead quality and response tracking.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in business or communications is preferred but not required.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in tele-calling, inside sales, or lead qualification, preferably in franchising or EdTech.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and listening skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Candidate Identification: Ability to identify qualified prospects and move them into our sales pipeline.
  • CRM Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking processes is necessary.
