About this role:

As a Strategic HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial part in driving business success by aligning our human capital strategy with our overall business objectives.

You will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing and recruiting top talent through initial screening, personal interviews, or telephonic interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
  • Maintaining employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues, and bridging management and employee concerns.
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our business strategy, and cultivating a healthy working culture within the organization.
  • Carrying out necessary administrative duties, including maintaining pay plans and benefits programs.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-4 years of experience in Human Resource Management, with a focus on HR Operations and Talent Acquisition.
  • A strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to build trust and rapport with senior leaders, stakeholders, and employees at all levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
