Job Description:

We are seeking a Strategic HR Business Partner Specialist to join our team. This role plays a critical part in driving local HR services and initiatives across business units, ensuring compliance with local legislation while collaborating with senior HR colleagues to achieve global standards.

This role ensures seamless alignment between business objectives and HR strategies, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and driving employee engagement through targeted initiatives.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demand Management: Collaborate with senior HR colleagues to plan and manage project demand across the function.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a primary contact for employee relations activities, facilitating conflict resolution and relationship improvements.
  • CASE Management: Deliver Case Management services to support the business with sickness absence, grievances, and disciplinary activities.
  • Talent Acquisition Support: Collaborate with recruitment teams to align recruitment strategies with business unit needs.
  • Performance Management: Assist managers in conducting performance reviews, addressing underperformance, and implementing improvement plans.
  • Data and Analytics: Leverage HR analytics to provide insights into workforce trends, engagement, and productivity.
  • Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to measure and enhance employee engagement, ensuring alignment with company values.
